Gail and I would like to acknowledge our appreciation for the move undertaken last week. We have used Kent previously and were impressed, but you have surpassed yourselves with every aspect of this move. The entire process worked well starting with Mariana Koleski undertaking the inspection and quoting, the contacts from Belinda Blashki and yourself from the quote, payments, updates and logistics to the amazing team on the day (Fernando, Lucca and Daniel). It all worked so well and the timeframe we had provided and your ability to meet it is appreciated.
We would also especially like to acknowledge the team on the day – these three guys are amazing. From the moment they walked in at 9:15 am until they left us at 6:30 pm for the third and final delivery they were professional, caring and respectful of our property and just such a pleasure to have in our home and work with. They are a truly a credit to your company. It was a long day but they were as happy and convivial when they left as when they arrived. We were literally blown away by the team.
Our apologies for not getting this feedback to you earlier, but we are just starting to get some sanity back following the move and unpacking and getting settled.
Once again a big thank you. Cant speak highly enough of our experience.

Hassel free initial booking and again when we had to change the Uplift date – office staff very helpful and accommodating. Requested an A Team for the Uplift and unloading and that’s what we got – Klever, Aron and Gabriel. Thanks to all for an excellent and stress-free removal service.

It was awesome experience. I’ve moved 23 times and it was the best crew we’ve had. Anton, James and the other gentleman were brilliant. They were on time, service was perfect, and they went hammer and tong. They did things like put blankets down as not to spoil the new floor. So careful wrapping every piece of furniture. Couldn’t ask for more.

Just had my 41 boxes delivered by Daryl & Ted. Excellent service on what is quite a muggy day. Happy to recommend them both & by extension KENT as a delivery service.
On the other end of this was Anglo Pacific who picked up in London end of July. It’s a process which can seem daunting at first. However using their kit & following instructions all has turned out as l had hoped it would.

I was very busy with work and Kent took all the stress away from my move. Great comms, friendly people and the packing service was wonderful when pushed for time. All my things arrived safe and sound on the other side of the country – and they arranged for my car to go as well. They even come and collect all the boxes and packing paper when you are ready. Highly recommended.
