3. Very happy with the service from Kent. They moved all our belongings from Adelaide to UK this year and everything arrived completely undamaged. The communication was good from the start, timelines were as advised and the office staff were great with any questions along the way. The packing team were excellent, friendly and very efficient with loading up a large amount of stuff amazingly quickly.
   Thanks to all at the company and we would definitely recommend them to anyone contemplating an international move.

4. Great crew from uplift ( Scottsdale,Tasmania ) to Wodonga, Victoria. Consistently communicating to each other to make work very efficient and effective.This our third move with Kent ,highly recommended team who are very professional from the manager to the lifters.They call before they arrive which is awesome. Their cost is very fair and competitive with excellent customer service, very patient, understanding , very hard working ( all deserves recognition) and courteous. They have a very good time management ( on time with their breaks) as well. Over all, we are extremely satisfied with Kent services from house content to car moving.Congratulations to all their workers for the job well done!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

5. From the initial meeting with Mariana to the big day with Fernando and his team of Brasílian boys, I could not have been happier, professional, courteous, careful (with a “nothing is a problem” attitude).
   This is the 3rd time using Kent doing both interstate and local moves, I can not recommend this company highly enough.

6. I understand most reviews are from disgruntled persons and less from satisfied customers! Well you have a very satisfied customer here. My goods were transported from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland to storage in Welshpool, Perth. Goods were to be held in storage until needed. I realized after about a month that I needed a document that was in a bag (amongst 50 others) in storage and while on a trip to Perth I went to Welshpool on the Monday without an appointment. I was met by Jody Reed who was the most helpful person you could ever meet and she assured me they will locate the bag by 9.30am the next morning so I can catch my flight back to Brisbane at 1.30pm. The next morning I got to Welshpool at 9.00am to find a smiling Judy with my bag and I was able to get this very important document. My heartfelt thanks goes to Jody and the warehouse staff who worked very hard to locate this for me. I have nothing but praise for all at Welshpool and will convey this to anyone who will listen. 7. My move was ok.. but I’ve waited for a carol here in Adelaide
   to return my many.,many phone calls & being on Phil each ti e for over an hour.

   Now I’ll charge you for my time.it’s precious too?
   I even went to the Wingfield office to try to get in touch?

   It’s absolute madness to be so hard to contact….& yes,they owe me some money…..ombudsman will be next contact.
   It spoilt our well managed moving tho.
   The guys were so good,clean & well organise.
   They owe me for the deposit I’d paid….which wasn’t
   deducted from my bill! And i wasnt left a copy of it.
   I had to track that down afterwards- at Wingfield..

   But carol ,this won’t go away….I’ll get this refunded!
   And a cheque for the amount I’ve been duped of & quickly
   will be the only way it’ll be solved! No more phone calls.
   And the Carol that I was told would ring me….where the hell is she? No there is no more hiding tho! Get my refund stored.
   Legal action will be the next move!!

9. The young men, Josh and Patrick that emptied the shipping container into the house were amazing. Polite, friendly, efficient and extremely hard working.
   If the rest of their staff are as good as these boys I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
   Thank you for making a stressful experience pleasant and enjoyable.

10. Liam and Ty showed that you can be careful and still work fast. They helped us move a 3 bedroom house locally in approx 4 hours. Amazing work guys. Will recommend Kent to anyone.
