The guys on the day were nothing short of brilliant. They were super polite, ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made it all happen without me having to worry about it and that was even after they’d had a pretty horror morning on another job where a ground level property was actually a three level townhouse. I was particularly impressed with Kent for following up on a query and resolving it. A small part of furniture was lost in the move. Adam at the Kent Adelaide warehouse was able to track it down and personally deliver it to my home! Very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Sharon at the national admin centre was attentive and responded quickly to all my queries and did everything she could to help in getting us a quote and answering all our questions.
