Generally satisfactory. Crew were generally helpful and polite. Packing mostly satisfactory ‘tho’ not entirely. Some unbreakable, trivial plastic items were wrapped lovingly in many layers of paper, while some very fragile items (crockery, pictures, insect specimens brought back from Malaysia) were put into boxes unprotected.

Completely happy with the move, a bit unsure at the start but I understand it may have been the first move by the staff member, from Jeremy the Estimator, the crew who performed the uplift – very efficient -worked continuously – did not even stop for a coffee when offered, through to Len at the Townsville depot with furniture etc in storage for a number of weeks in arranging what payment due and for delivery on the date requested through to the three crew who performed delivery, who again worked continuously during the unloading. Uplift and delivery times were spot on, arriving at the times organized. Kent removals were recommended by my daughter in law and though Kent’s quote was a little bit higher than the competition I was glad that I accepted Kent as the removalist. No damage at all to any items.
