4. I would like to thank Kent for an excellent service from start to finish. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable, the front office staff are terrific (special mention Isabella Chin) and the young men who loaded and the young men who delivered are courteous, professional and motivated to make the move a pleasant and stress free experience. 6. We were very impressed with the politeness and friendliness from the 3 men who packed our items into a storage container on Monday the 25th. Edward and fellow teammates were very efficient and careful with our furniture and items, we hope to have them unpack us once we find another house to live in. 7. This is the third time we have used Kent Removals and Storage for interstate and local removals. The crew who delivered our furniture were quite different and did a very good job moving us into our new premesis. They were polite and professional. I understand that it is a very busy time of year and Kent has always been very good to us. I would always use Kent Removals and would recommend the company to any of my friends who need a furniture removal company.

8. Uplift done in 5 hours including short break and in 30/35 degree heat with 3/5 people. (My help was not needed) Very Fast and professional, just got on with the job. Very good teamwork. Download arranged for 8.30 but trucks arrived at 7.00 (without notification)…3/5 people took 8 hours including approx. 1 hour for lunch. Not as good as the Melbourne team…Nice guys but not as cohesive or as fast.

10. The crew that did my move were amazing. My father died a couple of weeks prior to my having to move, and the crew made a really stressful time easy and smooth. They went above and beyond. Friendly, courteous and efficient. I thoroughly recommend Kent’s, and have done so since.
