Gail and I would like to acknowledge our appreciation for the move undertaken last week. We have used Kent previously and were impressed, but you have surpassed yourselves with every aspect of this move. The entire process worked well starting with Mariana Koleski undertaking the inspection and quoting, the contacts from Belinda Blashki and yourself from the quote, payments, updates and logistics to the amazing team on the day (Fernando, Lucca and Daniel). It all worked so well and the timeframe we had provided and your ability to meet it is appreciated.
We would also especially like to acknowledge the team on the day – these three guys are amazing. From the moment they walked in at 9:15 am until they left us at 6:30 pm for the third and final delivery they were professional, caring and respectful of our property and just such a pleasure to have in our home and work with. They are a truly a credit to your company. It was a long day but they were as happy and convivial when they left as when they arrived. We were literally blown away by the team.
Our apologies for not getting this feedback to you earlier, but we are just starting to get some sanity back following the move and unpacking and getting settled.

Kent moved by furniture originally May 30th 2023 and stored it in the garage of my new home that was not completely finished. They moved in difficult circumstances as the driveway had not been completely laid. The two removalists were excellent and I have recommended them to friend who is moving later this month.
They also moved extremely heavy pots and nothing was damaged.
I finally moved into my new home on August 03rd and used Kent again to move the furniture stored in the garage into the house. The house is two stories with a very tight stair well, and although I had requested the same removalists, two different team members arrived and they were equally as good. Very fast, very thoughtful and again nothing was damaged.
It was also an absolute pleasure to have them arrive dead on time. What. a change.
I would definitely use Kent again and recommend their services.

Yifeng (CHINA) Removalist company engaged Kent to manage the delivery of our container from Port of Melbourne to our house in Diggers Rest. The delivery was organised on Monday 3 July 2023. The crew, comprising of 2 Brazilian removalists, was very professional in their work and courteous. They took great care in unloading the contents of the container and moved them in the house. They removed the packing materials after the delivery. In addition, the coordinating staff, Sarah, did a fantastic job in communicating with us prior to the delivery. All in all, a job very well done.

Kent Removals are absolutely great at their job. The only thing that let them down with my storage, was the use of paper labels to tag each item going into storage. On returning my items the paper labels do not come away cleanly. They tear and you are left with half a label and adhesive to cleanup. You then need to use cleaning products to remove the label residue and the glue.
Plastic based labels, rather than paper based labels, would be a great improvement for an already great company.

Kent did my move from Melbourne to NSW and I had my belongings in long term storage. From beginning to finally taking possession of my goods, the team at Kent were just amazing. From the Melbourne packing crew to the team who delivered my goods, they were so efficient and all so very friendly, they genuinely bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and were so much fun. I certainly made the right choice by using Kent and would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the move.
From Melbourne into storage for 9 months and finally delivery to NSW only one plate was cracked. Very impressed and very happy customer. Thanks to all at Kent.

We used Kent’s for a fourth time and their service is second to none. Their removal staff (Mick Fox and Joey T) were exceptional and very skilled in the art of packing. They took great care in wrapping our belongings and securely storing and packing our goods to ensure that they were safe. Thank you again for your service and we will look forward to receiving our belongings in a few weeks when they come out of storage. We’ll done Kent’s.
