The Perth Office staff (Kaylin Liebenberg and Toni Shimmin) that I dealt with during the course of booking and organising my move were very helpful and promptly replied to all my queries. The uplift team in Perth (Craig and his assistant) were helpful too and arrived 50 minutes early and tagged larger goods with labels that I didn’t get a chance to seal up and label myself. The delivery team in Berkeley Vale (Jayden and Jarrrod) were very pleasant and friendly, gave me advance notice of their arrival, arrived right in the middle of the estimated delivery time and unloaded my goods very quickly.

You guys were absolutely fantastic. Nothing broken. It was well worth getting the packers in (everything arrived intact!!!) and the uplift team were very professional. I felt that the delivery team were a little careless/pushed for time and rushed things; they were also a little rude. Emma and Michael who liaised with me over email were also fantastic – I had lots of questions and they took their time to explain things. They were also extremely prompt in replying and getting me in contact with the Melbourne delivery team.
