We were very happy with the quotation process, the uplift and delivery. All the Kent staff we dealt with were polite and efficient. The packing service did not meet expectations, as it started late so was not completed until the day of the uplift, and as the hanging clothes were packed into standard cartons, rather than porta-robes. However, Kent fully recompensed us for these issues, with a partial (unpaid-for) unpack, and a refund for part of the packing cost. We were satisfied with this outcome.
