1. We highly recommend Kent Removals and Storage here in NSW and QLD. Last year we had to travel overseas and then moved interstate. Our furniture was placed in a shipping container and placed into storage in Brisbane for a minimum of 6 months. It was then transferred to Sydney in May this year. Everyone involved was just wonderful, pleasant and very professional. Even our new neighbour commented how courteous the 4 men were when she had to use our driveway.
   If we ever have to move again we would certainly use Kent again!

3. Fantastic service, Rebecca and her team had to deal with a mountain of logistics to get our furniture to the desired destination. We made so many changes from Melbourne to Sydney and then Adelaide as our final destination. They handled everything like pro’s. Our furniture arrived with problems and we would truly like to thank you for your great service !!!

4. I was very impressed with the team you sent to move my house contents. They were professional, careful, friendly, informative. They asked questions, listened and let me know what they were doing. When they delivered the items, they walked through, understood and listened to my requests. Above all, they were careful with my possessions. I was very happy and impressed with the service. Will definitely recommend.

6. From the very beginning I was felt confident with Kent services. Nathan was very efficient with putting together the quote and following up with any concerns. On the day of the move the crew were awesome and went beyond to help move all our treasured ‘goods and shackles’. Throughout the process the office staff were so helpful in answering questions and reorganising deadlines due to changing circumstances. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definately recommend Kent Removals.

8. This is the second time our family have used Kent for small removal/backfill loads.
   Again, fantastic communication and very accommodating with all our needs.
   All staff, from the office staff to the removalist’s in Victoria to delivery in Qld were so pleasant and easy to deal with.

   Friendly and helpful, I will be highly recommending Kent removals to anyone I know.. no matter how big or small their removal is going to be.

10. Cost and Value are interrelated. The cost of my removal was $x, the value was far more. From the valuer Len, to customer service Tracey, to the removalists themselves ( i can not recall their names), their performance was exceptional. As someone who has previously, a couple of really bad experiences with removalists, the whole process was a refreshing change.
    Communication from start to end was thorough – I was never in the dark, the care taken with our belongings on packing and unpacking was exceptional and, the follow up afterwards was both welcomed and appreciated. Everything that was promised, was delivered…thank you to all concerned.
