Can I Store Anything in a Kent Storage Unit?

With Kent Storage you can store almost anything in your storage unit, from household furniture and belongings, through to tools and equipment from your garden shed, excess office furniture and equipment, archived office documentation, and even surplus business stock and inventory. They’re also perfect for clothes storage. Vehicles can only be stored at selected warehouses, while items such as firearms, explosives, toxic or contaminated items, food, perishable goods, live plants and animals, and any flammable or hazardous goods cannot be stored in our storage facilities.
What Size Storage Unit Do I Need?
When you hire a storage container with Kent, you get plenty of options, from mobile units to shipping container storage. Our Storage Containers measure as follows:-
1. Mobile Storage Unit: Length: 2.09 metres Width: 1.69 metres Height: 2.26 metres. This size is great for smaller storage needs.
2. Container Storage: Length: 5.89 metres Width: 2.35 metres Height: 2.69 metres. This size is perfect for bigger items like furniture.

Do I have to Deliver and Transport my items to Kent Storage?

No. Kent delivers your storage solution right to your door. Our team of removalists will load up your Storage Container before transporting them safely to our warehouse. Or if you have selected the Mobile Storage Unit you have the option to load your belongings yourself. You can rest easy knowing that the price of your storage units includes unbeatable service and convenience every time.
Are my items safe and secure?

Your items will be stored in our state-of-the-art warehouse storage facility, which is equipped with 24/7 CCTV with facial recognition, fire alarm monitoring and regular pest control. We strictly limit the general public from entering our storage facilities, unlike self-storage where your belongings are stored in a shared facility easily accessible by others.
