Yes. Our professionally trained removalists are trained to ISO standards and are dedicated to service excellence in the care and attention when handling your prized possessions.

No. Kent Secure storage facilities does not allow any members of the general public access to our Storage Warehouse. This means that your goods are safe and secure whilst in our care.

Yes. These fees will be documented in your original quote documentation. Please note, we will require prior notice for this to occur so we can safely retrieve or access your items from our warehouse.

You can easily add more items to your storage unit or remove some items at any time. Either visit the site or have it redelivered. Simply contact us to organise.

You will receive your Storage Bill monthly and it will be charged on the 5th of every month (or next working day). For more information about billing please click here.

For your move in and out of storage Kent accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For ongoing monthly payments, you are required to set up a direct debit to be taken from your nominated bank account (around the 5th of each month). You can fill out a Direct Debit form here.

Our Container Storage rates are calculated on the space you require and our Mobile Storage Unit rates are based on how many units are required. As furniture is not designed to be moved and external risks are present with transport and logistics, Kent have developed a comprehensive range of insurance cover options that protect your items whilst in transit and storage. We have new for old cover available should the unthinkable happen and a choice of excess options leaving you in control of your personal budget requirements. Please note: It is important to read the Product Disclosure Statement when considering Insurance. Please ask our team for a copy of this so you can make an informed decision that best suits your needs.

Unfortunately, whilst we have our own Insurance in place for our staff and equipment, your goods are not covered whilst in our care and why we have developed a comprehensive Transit and Storage Insurance policy for clients to consider for their goods whilst exposed to external party risks which are beyond our direct control. Our unique Four-Level Secure Storage System is designed to offer maximum protection to your items in storage, and when being transported to our storage facilities or returned to you. We deliver it to you, help you pack it if you need a hand, and take it away to one of our state-of-the-art secure warehouses when you’re finished. • If you have chosen our Container Storage option our removalists will load up the container for you. If you’ve had a Mobile Storage Unit delivered, you have the option to load the unit yourself. 
• When loading your items into your Mobile Storage Unit, start with the largest and heaviest items first, before adding smaller items and any boxes. Make sure to wrap large items in padded blankets to safeguard against scratches, and to keep dust out. If you expect to remove some items from storage earlier, pack them in last so they are easier to access later. And if you're not confident in your ability to securely load your belongings, you can arrange for our expert removalists to load your Mobile Storage Unit for you.
